Waste Management
Our Waste Water Treatment Plant has a permit for temporary storage and treatment for B3 waste. If needed, AIH can also assist tenants in finding the waste treatment vendors.
Detailed Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan
RKL-RPL Rinci (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dan Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan Hidup Rinci) is the plan of managing and monitoring tenant's business and/or activities that have an impact on the environment which is required as a decision-making process regarding the implementation of the business and/or activities.

24/7 Security Backup
AIH makes sure our industrial area is secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Complimentary Pickup Service
AIH provides complimentary pickup services for our customers from and to AIH and airport or other public transportation terminals. We also provide free shuttle from and to AIH and Karawang High-Speed Train Station.
Fire Brigade
To ensure safety within AIH, we provide Fire Brigade that is located inside AIH's area and operates for 24 hours.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Foreign Workers Permit
Since many foreign companies employ both local workers and foreign workers, AIH can assist tenants' foreign workers in getting the Foreign Workers Permit.
BKPM License and Permit Service (KLIK)
AIH is registered as one of the industrial parks that received the KLIK facility from BKPM. All of the tenants that already invested in AIH can immediately start the construction, while the construction permit (PBG) and environmental permit (RKL/RPL) will apply parallelly during the construction process. This facility saves much time for tenants and faster to start up the production progress.
Extension of Building Rights
HGB is the right to build land certificate for a company and is valid for 30 years, can be extended to another 20 years, and renewable for another 30 years pursuant to the laws and regulations.
B3 Licenses for Storage and Processing
Tenants that are engaged in Toxic and Hazardous Waste (Limbah B3) industry need to acquire specific B3 Licenses such as PLB3 Technical Approval and SLO-PLB3.
Business Principal Number
NIB is the identity number of the company according to the business field regulated in the 2020 Indonesian Business Field Standard Classification (KBLI) which is differentiated according to the type of economic activity that produces output, both in the form of goods and services.
VAT Issuer Company Approval
PKP is individual or corporate taxpayers who deliver Taxable Goods (Barang Kena Pajak/BKP) and/or Taxable Services (Jasa Kena Pajak/JKP) in accordance with UU No. 42 of 2009. Directorate General of Customs and Excise also has some facilities such as KITE, and Bonded Zone.
Company Establishment
For foreign investment tenants (PMA) that do not have any branch in Indonesia yet, it is required to establish a company with the approval from the Ministry of Law & Human Rights (MOLHR).

Property and Building Services
Virtual/Pre-Construction Office
For foreign owned company (Penanaman Modal Asing/PMA), it is required to have a temporary space to obtain the VAT Issuer Company Approval (PKP) before construction. AIH will provide a temporary space in our Marketing Gallery for the tenants.
Standard Factory Building (SFB) & Standard Warehouse Building (SWB)
In times where the tenant didn't have any specific requirements for their building, AIH also offer Standard Factory Building (SFB) and Standard Warehouse Building (SWB).
Build to Suit Building
Apart from purchasing the land in AIH, we also provide build to suit option where tenant may have their warehouse/factory built based on their specific requirements.
Design and Construction
Design is one of the most crucial parts of tenants' construction period. AIH provides a service for the tenants to find consultants in terms of designing and building their premises. We also provide same-day service for minor maintenance of the client's premises.
Certificate of Occupancy
SLF is a certificate issued by the Regional Government (except for Special Function Buildings by the Central Government) to certify the feasibility of building functions for buildings that have been completely constructed.
Certificate of Operation
SLO is a certificate of formal acknowledgment of an electric power installation issued by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (Menteri ESDM) stating the appropriateness of the electrical function based on the requirements or applicable laws and regulations.
