The KLIK (Ease of Direct Construction Investment) program is a program launched by the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) to facilitate investment in Indonesia at the same time as the launch of the 3-Hour Investment Permit Program where 8+1 investment permits can be obtained within 3 hours.

The benefit that investors can experience through the KLIK Program is that investors who have complied with the Industrial Estate Regulations, can immediately carry out construction while simultaneously processing the building permit (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung/PBG), previously known as Izin Mendirikan Bangunan/IMB. There is no minimum investment requirement to receive the benefits of this KLIK Program.

Artha Industrial Hill (AIH) itself has been registered as one of the industrial parks that receive KLIK investment facilities from BKPM. Therefore, tenants who build their plants at AIH can immediately carry out construction after the transaction process is completed and investment permits have been obtained so that they can expedite the construction period and focus on plans for procuring production goods, marketing strategies, and others.
